December Gratitude Cacao Ceremony

We’ll gather in circle with warm ceremonial cacao, opening our hearts through breath, meditation, and gentle sharing. Together, we’ll practice the art of receiving gratitude — not just giving thanks outwardly, but allowing ourselves to truly feel appreciation flow inward, softening the body and restoring balance to the nervous system.

Walking with the Land: Honoring the Waters

Date: November 20th, 2025
Time: 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM (approx.)
Location: Silver Falls State Park — North Canyon Trailhead
Trail: Canyon Trail Loop to Twin Falls & North Falls Viewpoint (2.6 miles, 344 ft gain, 400 ft loss)

About this Gathering

This walk invites us to slow down and remember that every step can be a form of prayer. Together, we will journey through Silver Falls State Park, moving with intention rather than pace — cultivating awareness, connection, and gratitude for the living waters that sustain all life.

We’ll begin our descent along the canyon trail to Twin Falls, where we’ll pause to offer a moment of honor to the waters — listening to their movement, reflecting on the ways they shape and carry us. From there, we’ll enter into a silent walk toward North Falls Viewpoint, allowing the rhythm of our steps and the sounds of the forest to guide our awareness inward.

Under the mist and sound of North Falls, we’ll gather for tea and reflection, sharing warmth, presence, and gentle conversation before making our way back as a group — walking together in community and reciprocity with the land.

About my offerings

  • These experiences are for anyone craving deeper connection—within themselves, with the land, and with community. Together, we create space to breathe, to be seen and heard, and to remember the wisdom already living inside of you.

  • I offer experiences designed to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself, and remember your place within the natural world. Through intentional gatherings, nature-based practices, and soul-centered community, my offerings create space for healing, reflection, and empowerment.

  • My work weaves together women’s empowerment, nature immersion, ceremony, and holistic support. Whether we meet on the trail, sit together in a cacao circle, walk beneath waterfalls, or gather under the moon, each offering is created with the intention of grounding, clarity, reciprocity, and belonging.

  • Rooted in reciprocity, my offerings include sliding-scale pricing, flexible exchanges, and opportunities for trade. If finances feel tight, we can explore other forms of giving and receiving so these spaces remain accessible to all.
