Come Home to the Wild Within

Through Nature & Ritual

Retreats, circles, and 1:1 MEND Mentorship for those ready to release what no longer serves, reconnect to their truth, and rise rooted in who they are.

You weren’t meant to carry it all alone

There is a path back to yourself—through the land, your body, and the sacred remembering of who you truly are.

Paths of Healing

  • 1-on-1 MEND Mentorship

A personalized space for deep listening and transformation.
Together we explore what’s feeling stuck, release old patterns, and rebuild trust in yourself through guided reflection, intuitive mentorship, and nature-based practices.
You’ll leave each session more grounded, clear, and connected.

  • Circles & Community

Join monthly Cacao Ceremonies, Moon Circles, Forest Baths, and Spiritual Hikes — gatherings that nurture connection, reflection, and ritual.
These circles are where community healing happens: women supporting women, rooted in reciprocity and reverence for the land.

  • Women’s Retreats

Multi-day backpacking journeys designed for helpers, healers, and changemakers.
Each retreat follows an elemental theme — Water, Fire, Earth, Air, Spirit — blending adventure with ceremony, journaling, and self-discovery.
Leave the trail renewed, strong, and deeply connected to yourself and the natural world.

  • Plant Medicine Integration

Support for the space after a plant medicine experience—helping insight settle, meaning unfold, and change integrate into everyday life. Offerings through 1-on-1 mentorship, nature immersion, and monthly group circles.

About Neo Luz
Founder of Trail Based Healing

I walk the spaces where nature, healing, and soul remembrance meet.

My background in social work and addiction counseling taught me how to hold space for people through the deep work of change — but my true education came from the land, the body, and the medicine of experience.

Over the years, I’ve blended those worlds into something different — a heart-centered approach that honors the emotional, the spiritual, and the physical all at once.

I’ve guided women through seasons of release, reconnection, and renewal — helping them remember who they are beneath the noise of survival and self-doubt.

Trail Based Healing was born from that remembering:
A return to the wild, to ritual, and to the sacred path of being fully alive.

Community Voices Matter

Final Invitation

You’ve carried so much for so long.
You’ve held space for others, walked through storms, and kept showing up — even when your own heart was calling for rest.

Now, it’s time to return to yourself.
To listen to the quiet voice within.
To walk the path home — one step, one breath, one moment at a time.

Whether you’re called to 1-on-1 healing, community circles, or a retreat in the wild, there is a place for you here.

The journey begins with a single choice: saying yes to yourself.

“Neo is a skilled and delightful guide.”

I wasn't sure what to expect, having won the hike in a raffle, I was open to the experience but had no expectations.

We hiked on my mother's birthday, nearly three years after she'd died. I'd already done so much healing work and didn't anticipate much to arise. Simply thinking I'd honor her with some time in the forest.
I arrived a little late and a bit discombobulated. Neo welcomed me right where I was. After a brief introduction we began to walk, pausing for a grounding meditation before the hike began. Neo's ability to guide, energetically as well as physically, truly felt like a gift. I went deeper than I'd imagined, touching grief I hadn't met yet. Welcoming it and safely, lovingly, moving through it. This journey fit the title of Trail Based Healing, through and through.

Neo cultivated a clear beginning, immersive journey and culmination of the day. I felt safe throughout the experience and departed the hike with a sense of depth, warmth and richness, far beyond what I'd imagined I'd signed up for.
Thank you, Neo Luz, for sharing your gift with our world, it is beautiful.”
