What is Cacao?
Ceremonial cacao is pure, unprocessed chocolate made from the whole cacao bean. Known as the "Food of the Gods," cacao has been used for thousands of years by Indigenous cultures as sacred plant medicine for opening the heart and deepening connection.
Rich in magnesium and antioxidants, cacao gently energizes the body while calming the mind. Many experience warmth, love, and emotional openness — helping us connect more deeply with ourselves and one another.
What to expect
This heart-centered ceremony is an intentional gathering where we drink cacao together in sacred space. Neo will guide you through a meditative journey, inviting reflection, journaling, and sharing in community.
We'll explore the embodiment of gratitude through gentle somatic movement, allowing the medicine to flow through our bodies as we move with intention and presence. Cacao's gentle medicine reminds us to speak from the heart, deepen presence, and remember that love is not something to seek — it's something already within us.
