Work-Trade Collaborator
This isn’t a helper position — it’s an invitation for a woman who has gifts to share and a desire to be part of something meaningful. She joins as a full participant in the healing journey while also contributing her practical skills and unique offerings to the group.
Practical contributions:
Second driver (own vehicle required)
Helps carry and manage group gear on the trail
Meal prep and kitchen support at camp
Photography and content creation
Social media stories and reels throughout the retreat
Creative contributions: (Optional but invited)
You are invited to offer something in circle — a morning meditation, gentle yoga or mindful movement, energy work, sound healing, journaling prompts, or whatever lives in her
This is collaborative, not required — we'll talk about what you’d like to share
What you’ll receive:
A non-refundable deposit of $200 holds your spot
The full retreat experience at no additional cost (valued at $850–$1,000)
All meals from lunch on Day 1 through breakfast on the final morning
All group gear, wilderness permits, and ceremony supplies
Space to be seen, held, and healed alongside the other women
A platform to share your gifts with an intimate, receptive group
Here's how it works:
1. Apply: Fill out the application below. It should take about 10 minutes. There are no right answers — just tell us who you are and what you want to bring.
2. Connect: If your application feels like a good fit, I will reach out to schedule a brief conversation. This is a chance to meet virtually, ask questions, and make sure the timing and retreat feel right for both of you.
3. Confirm: Once you're selected, you'll receive a confirmation email with everything you need to prepare — including a gear list, pre-retreat Zoom call details, and what to expect.
One spot per retreat. A non-refundable deposit of $200 is required upon selection to hold your spot. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis and followed by a brief conversation with me.
This role is a good fit if you:
Are drawn to wilderness, healing, and women's community
Have some experience camping or backpacking (or are eager and capable)
Have your own vehicle and are comfortable driving to trailheads
Want to contribute your gifts — practically and creatively
Are ready to receive as much as you give
