Sitting with the Moon is a virtual women's circle that gathers each New and Full Moon to honor life's natural rhythms. Through reflection, ritual, and community, we slow down together—tuning into lunar teachings and remembering our shared rhythm with nature and one another.
Each 2-hour gathering on Zoom is a sacred space to listen deeply, set intentions, release what no longer serves, and cultivate connection within a supportive sisterhood.

Grounding Meditation — We begin by arriving fully, settling into the present moment and the energy of the moon.
Guided Reflection — Journaling prompts invite you to explore what's alive within you, aligned with the moon's current phase.
Ritual & Practice — Gentle ceremony to plant seeds of intention or release what you're ready to let go.
Sacred Sharing — Space to witness and be witnessed in a circle of supportive, heart-centered women.
Lunar Teachings — Insights into how the moon's phases mirror our own inner tides and cycles.

THE TWO CIRCLES
🌑 New Moon Circle
A time for stillness, intention, and new beginnings. We gather in the darkness to plant seeds for the cycle ahead. Through reflection and guided meditation, we set intentions, listen within, and align our energy with the dark moon's quiet invitation to begin again.
🌕 Full Moon Circle
A space for illumination, release, and celebration. We reflect on what has grown, honor the lessons revealed, and release what no longer serves. Through journaling, movement, and sharing, we invite clarity, gratitude, and renewal under the full moon's radiant light.
