Summer Solstice Cacao in the Park

Summer Solstice Cacao in the Park

June brings us into the height of the light—the turning point where the sun’s energy peaks. It's a moment of celebration, reflection, and connection to abundance, joy, and life in full bloom.

Let’s gather in community under the open sky to honor this sacred seasonal shift with the heart-opening medicine of Cacao and guided ritual.

What is Cacao?

Cacao is the purest form of chocolate—an ancient superfood and heart medicine rich in antioxidants and minerals like magnesium, calcium, and iron. Known as the “Food of the Gods,” it boosts mood, enhances creativity, and supports cardiovascular and cognitive health. Unlike coffee, it provides gentle stimulation without the crash.

Ceremony Flow (11:00 AM – 12:30 PM):

  • Grounding meditation & opening connection

  • First cup of Cacao: inward reflection & intention setting

  • Sharing circle for connection, clarity, and support

  • Seasonal teachings: insights from the Summer Solstice

  • Guided visualization to anchor and embody your intentions

  • Simple rituals, take-home tools & a handcrafted nature gift

What You’ll Receive:

  • A deeper connection with yourself and the natural cycles

  • Clarity on what’s blossoming and what you’re calling in

  • Tools to stay grounded, open-hearted, and aligned

  • A sense of belonging, nourishment, and gentle renewal

  • A sacred nature gift to carry the energy forward
